Laurel is a dedicated therapist passionate about fostering emotional growth and healing through both traditional and creative therapeutic methods. Along with psychotherapy, she encourages creative expression using art, sandplay, nature, and play therapy techniques, helping clients of all ages connect more deeply with their emotions. Laurel is also highly trained in various evidence-based therapies, including Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and social-emotional regulation skills. She offers in-person and virtual therapy, adapting to the needs of her clients. Laurel approaches therapy with a gentle and playful side, softly connecting with the hearts of those she works with.
